Nice Cardboard Swords.
They are Really Easy to Make. It can be a nice Activity in the Party, since kids can make their own swords.First, make the Template out of paper according to the Party you´re going to throw: Pirates, Vikings, or Princes. (Check some templates below).

Draw the sword onto cardboard. Keep in mind it should be located in the right direction as it is shown in the photo.If you place it in the opposite side, it might bend easily and it is going to break down. It is to say, the ones, who face each other, are well made. The ones drawn onto the sides would bend easily, since they are placed in the wrong side.

Give the cardboard and a wood craft stick to the kids, so they can cut the sword and glue the craft stick on the handle to make it stronger.
Give them paints, so the can paint the swords as they like. If they are princes or knights ones, you can give cheap precious stones to the kids, so they can decorate the handle.
