They are really easy to make. You´ll need:
Make balls with newspaper sheets and strengthen them with masking tape. Cut the straws and skewer them on the newspaper sheet balls to make the legs.
Make cotton little balls and stick them on the paper balls.
Cut these shapes in black poster board to make the nose and the ears. Shape the eyes in a movable way (in the picture they are made of poster board too).
And shape the face! :)
